How much do you charge?

Our signature package rate can fluctuate depending on the unique needs of your business. We would love to discuss your needs further on a quick chat.


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! You can choose to pay your entire invoice on the 1st of each month, or divide your payments between the 1st and the 15th.

How will we communicate?

We are available M-F during normal business hours via Slack and Voxer to discuss business questions and operations. Your EA/Client Support Specialist can also join you and/or your team on a weekly virtual meeting.

How do I keep track of my assistant’s progress?

Tasks will be tracked in ClickUp or whichever task management system you may already be using. We also believe in transparency, so you will often receive progress updates in Slack or Voxer.
