Simple Mama Virtual Assistance was created by Courtney Ringel, an Army spouse, mom of three, and former music teacher. This business began as a necessity when her family received orders to Fort Irwin, CA. The lack of childcare and job opportunities in this remote area forced her to find a new way to support her family financially.
Courtney began serving clients by providing content writing, administrative assistance, and social media management. Upon moving to Fort Irwin, Courtney noticed the large amount of military spouses unable to find a job due to childcare issues on post. This widespread issue ignited her passion for building a business that could help provide a solution. Simple Mama Virtual Assistance grew into an agency to provide employment opportunities for military spouses, allowing them to find more fulfillment while relocating every few years and supporting their families.
